Daniel Silver

Daniel Silver is a London-based artist known for his sculptures interweaving history and culture, both Western and African. His works are an expression of multiculturalism.

Silver has been a long-time collaborator of Acne Studios, from the FW11 collaboration featuring Africa-inspired prints in the collection, to the collage hanging in Acne Studios West Hollywood store made of excess fabrics, to pieces housed in the head office at Floragatan. Silver’s latest work includes “dancing” mannequins first revealed in the unique concept store at Acne Studios Nytorgsgatan, featured in new store openings since 2022 and are based on the artist’s original sculptures now located in the Stockholm head office.
