Max Lamb

British designer Max Lamb is a long-time collaborator of Acne Studios. He combines traditional, often primitive, design methods with digital design. He is known for employing unusual approaches to using natural materials, including pouring pewter onto sand, and volcanic rock.

Lamb’s studio is based in North London. The artist has created sculptural furniture, colorful rugs, and other special pieces for countless Acne Studios stores globally, including marble tables for Norrmalmstorg when the flagship reopened in 2020; soft seating and furniture for Little Bourke Street and Reel Shanghai, among others; as well as a special soft sculpture at the entry of the Chengdu SKP opening in 2022.
